Is there really a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. One domain, watched forever. Every free single-check tool stays open to everyone with no signup at all.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a free trial: 7 days on Watchdog, 14 days on Pack and 30 days on Agency. Add a card to start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then means you are never charged. One trial per workspace, and plan changes open the day your paid plan begins.
What counts as a domain?
One monitored asset: a domain or a hostname you want checked. apex and www of the same site count as one if they resolve together; a separate mail host is a separate asset.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing is deleted. Assets over the cap are paused and listed so you can see exactly which ones, and you choose whether to upgrade or remove some. We will never quietly stop watching something you added.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two clicks from the billing screen, and there is a 14-day money-back guarantee on top of the free trial.
Who processes payments?
Paddle, as Merchant of Record. They handle tax and compliance globally, and your card details never touch our servers.
