- How does the free trial work?
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin. You only pay if you decide to keep the plan after the trial.
- How am I billed, and who processes payments?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are securely handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who also collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never store your full card details.
- Can I get a refund?
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. See our Refund Policy for the full details on how to request one.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings as your client book grows or contracts.
